# Community Coordinator

Dot is looking for a Community Coordinator to lead our weekly Paint Parties.

### Dot

Dot is a pixel art gaming platform where players create unique pixel art cards to use as powerful game pieces. Dot rewards creativity and skill, fostering a community-driven economy. Players can compete, create art, collect cards, and collaborate within an up-and-coming casual gaming ecosystem.

### Dot's Paint Parties

Paint Parties are online events that challenge participants to create new pixel art cards based on a central theme, within a 3-5 day timeframe.

## Responsibilities:

**Position:** Contractor\
**Hours:** Approximately 20-40 hours/week

### 1. Book Paint Parties&#x20;

* Find partner communities to run Paint Parties with.&#x20;
* Pitch them the idea and close the "deal" (it's free for them). Could be a combination of DMs, Email, Phone, whatever they need to understand and get the idea.&#x20;
* Set up the Paint Party in Dot's admin panel.&#x20;

### 2. Promote Paint Parties

* Pre: Promote that it's coming. Graphics, content, work with partner to cross-promote, etc. \~3-6 posts on Twitter/Warpcast/Telegram.
* During: Keep the hype going. Showcase great entries. RT+reply to ppl sharing. \~3-6 posts per day on Twitter/Warpcast/Telegram.
* After: Wrap things up. Showcase the winners. Telegram sticker pack of the best. Send prizes (credits/eth), make sure the partner community is left with happy.

## You Are

* Onchain, online and into web3 culture.
* Good at creating social media images.&#x20;
* Active on Twitter + Warpcast + Telegram already.&#x20;
* Good communication skills.&#x20;
* Hyped about pixel art, collaboration, creativity, and onchain games.
